Where we meet

We meet directly at Cozumel Chankanaab Park entrance, just present your E-Ticket at the counter to proceed to the Dolphin Program Area. All necessary details will be printed on your E-Ticket.

What is included?

• Chankanaab National Park entrance fee
• Chankanaab National Park Garden
• The dolphin program includes the famous foot push, the dorsal tow, a handshake, hugs, kisses, a song, and free time with the dolphins
• Snorkel in Chankanaab National Park (Equipment not included)
• Facilities: pool, lockers, showers, restrooms, and snack bar
• 15 minute briefing and 30 minutes with the dolphins.

Excursion Notes

• Swim with the dolphin is 30 minutes after a 15 minute briefing.
• There is an opportunity to purchase pictures taken of you and the dolphin (not included).
• Chankanaab admission rate for companions or without dolphin program is $21 USD adults and $14 USD kids.
• The Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• In Cozumel, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
• It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
• If you have any physical or mental limitation, please call us before you purchase your program.

Excursion Restrictions

• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs.
• The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.
• Minimum height for children is 3’ 11”.
• Children ages 8 - 11 years old must participate in company of a paying adult during the dolphin program.

Excursion Cancellation Policy

See Cancellation Policy of this this Cozumel Royal Dolphin Swim at Chankanaab National ParkFor the Cozumel Manatee Swim Encounter Excursion at Chankanaab Park, we issue a 90% refund if:- Cancelled with minimum 4 days prior notice (by phone or email).- Your ship gets into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location. Please make sure to contact the operator or our office to check if we can accommodate you on another departure time.- Your ship misses the port.- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator of delivering the excursion.- A medical problem prevents you from save participation in the excursion.Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
