Our cooking area is right on the beach, overlooking the blue Caribbean sea. Follow step by step all the directions and secrets from your experienced and famous bilingual chef, taking you all the way to prepare pico de gallo salsa, chips, handmade tortillas, guacamole, rice, beans and the absolutely Mexican Chile Relleno, as well as, a refreshing agua de Jamaica; a delicious beverage made out of the hibiscus flower... so put on your pinafore and get ready to become a master Mexican food chef! Sodas, water and beers are available throughout the class. Once the cooking is ready, you will have the opportunity of tasting your recent creation and then enjoy the premium facilities of Mr. Sanchos beach club such as an infinity fresh water swimming pool and a lounge style fresh water swimming pool with wet bar and lounge beds, beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, a designated and buoyed swimming area at the sea, bathrooms and more!
